Bacterial communities in soils as indicators of the potential of syenite as an agromineral

Abstract The objective of this work was to identify microbial communities associated with the surfaces alkali feldspars and determine whether these microbes might be involved in weathering rocks for agronomic benefit. Samples were taken from profiles soils developed on a syenite, considered as raw material agromineral production, located municipality Triunfo, state Pernambuco, Brazil.
